All server plans are eligible for refunds within 48 hours of the creation of the server in our database. This point is not marked by the time at which your initial payment is processed, and can differ by several hours or days. If requesting a refund outside of the 48 hour window, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, RippleHost LLC may, at its discretion, and if no other terms and conditions have been violated, issue a partial account credit that can be used for other services. Any accounts that initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment will have their services permanently terminated and their account closed.
RippleHost LLC reserves the right to deny a refund under any of the following services: violation of any other rule in the terms of service, violation of any part of the acceptible use policy, and any action that is deemed unfit or inappropriate for our network or servers, at our discretion.
RippleHost LLC, under no circumstances, shall be held liable for any data loss, disruption of information, or distribution of information including that of unauthorized access to our server systems or any other loss of data. RippleHost LLC shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, or disconnection of services for any period of time.
